Photos & Calendars

We like to see photos submitted by our customers showcasing Service Trucks International and Tiger Cranes equipment in use. We use these photos for the wall calendar we produce each year and other marketing initiatives.

If you would like to submit a photo – or several – for possible inclusion in our calendar and marketing efforts, please see the Photo Submission Instructions below. The contest for the 2024 calendar ends August 15, 2023.

To be placed on our calendar mailing list, complete the form below. Since we place our calendar order in October each year, any requests received after October 1 may not receive a calendar the following year, but we will put you on the mailing list for future years.

Please complete the below form to request a calendar. Since a limited number of calendars are printed each year, we may not be able to send one to you this year, but your name will be added to our mailing list for the following year. It is not necessary to submit a photo to receive a calendar.

Note: All fields must be completed.

• Email photos no larger than 5MB to marketing@servicetrucks.com.
• Put “Customer Photo” in the subject line.
• Include your name, phone number, company name, mailing address and t-shirt size since we give away swag, including t-shirts. Sizes available include small through 3XL.
• If you wish, you may include additional information about your photo such as where it was taken, work being performed, etc.
• Photos received by August 15 will be considered for inclusion in the following year’s calendar. If your photo(s) are selected to be included in the calendar, you will be notified by October 1.

• Please submit photos and information using separate emails.
• Photo Guidelines: JPEG format; no filters should be applied; horizontal format; action photos preferred; no people should be visible in the photo; equipment should be shown in its entirety and in focus.

By submitting a photo, you warrant that the photograph(s) submitted is free of any royalty or licensing agreements and release Service Trucks International and Tiger Cranes from any and all liability. You further warrant that your participation in the calendar photo contest does not violate any agreement between you and a third party. It is the entrant’s responsibility to determine that you are eligible to enter and comply with photo contestant rules. Any violation of the contest rules may result in disqualification.

By submitting a photograph(s), you agree that Service Trucks International and Tiger Cranes have the right to use all or part of your entry, your name, your location, and the likeness without compensation and without notice to you. You are granting Service Trucks International and Tiger Cranes the right to publish, use, distribute, reproduce and publicly display your photograph for all marketing purposes at their discretion.

By entering your email, you are agreeing to allow Service Trucks International and Tiger Cranes to add you to their email mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on the bottom of any email you receive. Service Trucks International and Tiger Cranes agree to never sell or share your email address.
